{"id":654,"date":"2020-12-10T09:41:40","date_gmt":"2020-12-10T07:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/midiasen.ro\/?p=654"},"modified":"2020-12-10T09:47:27","modified_gmt":"2020-12-10T07:47:27","slug":"ce-poate-fi-brevetat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/midiasen.ro\/en\/ce-poate-fi-brevetat\/","title":{"rendered":"What can be patented?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A product or process. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we  ask ourselves the question \u201cwhat can I patent\u201d, we must know that in the national legislation that regulates patents  - the updated Law 64\/1991 - it is specified in detail what can and cannot be patented<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What inventions can be patented?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An invention can be a new solution found to a technical problem related to the creation of a product or device, a process or methods, but also a series of improvements  to an existing product or process.
